We recruit, coach and train employed people to become:
- BSc (Hons) Digital and Technology Solutions Professionals (Level 6)
- BSc (Hons) Digital Marketers (Level 6)
- Software Developers (Level 4)
- Data Technicians (Level 3)
- Digital Support Technicians (Level 3)
- IT Helpdesk Support (Level 3)
- Digital Marketers (Level 3)
TDM can support people to start their Tech and Digital careers, first by learning about Tech through Government funded qualifications then via Skills Bootcamps to secure their first Career-entry Apprenticeship.
We can draw down apprenticeships funding to deliver a bespoke learning plan for the employer and employee that is regularly updated to support the organisation’s developing priorities (featuring a systematic coaching and training process which incorporates short courses and virtual learning).
