What’s The Job?

We’re looking for a Sales and Marketing manager to join our team.

The role involves working alongside the Commercial Director and CEO to support them in growing Wagada Digital, establishing and developing relationships with potential customers and partners, and identifying new business opportunities; creating sales communication materials and proposals, and participating in pitching and networking activities to foster business growth. This is both an outbound and inbound sales role – nurturing leads coming into the business, as well as proactively targeting our future customers.

Alongside this you will be responsible for managing Wagada Digital’s marketing initiatives, ensuring the company stays on brand and promoting the company through marketing strategies, executing both inbound and outbound marketing campaigns, utilising tools like HubSpot for precise targeting and measurable outcomes. You would also design and execute targeted email and social media campaigns, managing content creation and dissemination across various platforms.

Accountabilities:

Effective strategy implementation: Ensures that Wagada’s marketing strategy aligns with the company’s goals and is implemented effectively to maximise ROI.
Lead generation and management: Actively generates new business leads and manages incoming inquiries, being the primary point of contact for new business engagements. Includes organising events, webinars and trade shows as part of the lead generation process.

Stakeholder relationship management: Maintains and enhances relationships with external stakeholders, ensuring positive and productive interactions that lead to sustained business opportunities.

You would be required to provide regular updates on marketing campaign results and strategic initiative progress to the Commercial Director and other key stakeholders, report on the outcomes and participant engagement of webinars and other marketing events and monitor and report on the effectiveness of lead generation activities and the conversion rates of inbound and outbound campaigns.

This would be a varied role, where no 2 days would ever be the same, selling the high quality services provided by our team, along with managing Wagada Digital marketing.

What do we need?

We’re looking for someone who can work alongside the leadership team in a sales and marketing role for Wagada Digital. You’ll be comfortable on the phone and have a consultative approach to selling. We like to form strong relationships with our clients and prospects, so you’ll be a people person with great customer service skills.

This is a full-time role, but we would consider part-time/flexible working for the right person.

We’d like you to have some knowledge of marketing and ABM, and a strong desire to learn more. We advise our clients on the best tactics for their needs, so you’ll need some commercial understanding on what we can help them with, identifying the best tactics and where they currently stand

Knowledge of HubSpot would be advantageous

What’s The Job?

You will be part of our Client Services Team, which works directly with our clients, building relationships and developing trust. You will help drive and implement any agreed strategies and work alongside our delivery teams, to ensure that we consistently produce high-quality work that meets clients’ expectations. Working across a range of client accounts, no two days will be the same and you will get to test your skills extensively across a variety of industries.

What do we need?

The successful person will create sustainable roadmaps for our clients’ campaigns, assess success and failure and feedback results to your clients. With the ability to always think innovatively and be flexible enough to take the client on a different journey, as required, in order to maximise their investment.

Ideally, you will have had a minimum of three years working in a digital marketing environment and in a similar role and have experience of managing multiple accounts, prioritising and co-ordinating all related stakeholders is essential. We will work with the successful candidate to build the role around your skills and experience to ensure that it is rewarding and you are constantly learning.

What do we need?

We’re looking for a PPC Specialist to join our teams. This could be a hybrid role for the right person. This is a pivotal role, leading our PPC (Google Ads and Paid Social) team, so you’ll need several years of experience.

We’re growing our PPC department and are looking for a talented individual to show us the way – you’ll be innovative, keen to experiment and wanting to get your hands dirty.

Working across a range of client accounts, no two days will be the same and you’ll get to test your skills to the max in a variety of industries and budgets. You’ll lead the work of the PPC team and get to share your skills – training and developing them to support you.

We make decisions based on data, so you’ll be happy digging deep into our client’s campaigns to assess success and be happy to share your idea on how we can constantly improve results for our clients.

We would prefer someone with agency experience, but we’re pretty open-minded so if your background is in an in-house role, you’re passionate and you fit the criteria, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Build, execute, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads and various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter
Perform thorough keyword research, ad grouping, and audience targeting to optimise campaign reach and effectiveness
Monitor and adjust bids, budgets, and campaign settings to ensure maximum ROI and adherence to budget constraints
Analyse campaign performance data, generate detailed reports, and provide actionable insights
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate PPC campaigns with overall client marketing strategies
Stay current with PPC and paid social trends, tools, and best practices to continuously refine and enhance campaign strategies
Implement A/B testing to compare different campaign strategies and improve overall results
Participating in client meetings to present campaign results, discuss strategies, and gather feedback
