We’re now well into the political party conference season where each of the major parties announces its new (or revamps its existing) policies, so there is much talk about returning to the office after the long lockdowns at the same time as an intention to make flexible working a “Day One right”. We’ve also had much discussion since the last newsletter about the government’s introduction of the increased National Insurance levy to fund social health care. These are going to have major impacts on businesses of all sizes, so we’ve got information for you on all the key issues facing employers at the moment.
