The founding owners of ISO Quality Services, Peter and Susan Appleton are happy to have completed on the purchase of Oak House in St Johns, Worcester where their company resides.
The property, which comprises of several offices, units and commercial kitchen has been purchased as an investment opportunity under a separate entity, Pine Island Property Limited.
The purchase of the building secures the future of ISO Quality Services who moved in to the first-floor offices back in 2012 from their original offices in Leigh Sinton. The firm, who won Health and Wellbeing in the Workplace 2022 at the recent Herefordshire and Worcestershire Chamber of Commerce, has seen this as another opportunity to improve the wellbeing of their staff further.
Peter Appleton comments: “This building has previously been up for sale, and whilst we’re protected by a tenancy, you never really know what the Landlord’s long-term plans are.
The purchase by our property company will give our employees at ISO QSL more security and will support them in making those big life decisions, like where to purchase a home or raise their family. They will be able to take the office location into consideration with the re-assurance that the business will be trading there long-term”.
