Hannah joined Optimum Professional Services in April 2020 at the start of the pandemic, being dropped in at the deep end learning about us via Teams she quickly adapted to our culture and has since taken ownership of the accounts and bookkeeping teams for the Board of Directors. Using her can-do positive attitude and enjoyment of a challenge to help the teams work more closely, encouraging them to not be afraid of change and to realise the value that they offer to our clients. The positive way in which she approaches employees, clients and challenges has seen her offered a place on the Board of Directors at the age of 29.Hannah has a desire to make sure that both our employees and clients obtain the best value from our relationships and in turn, through promoting from within, we have shown Hannah how much we value our relationship with her.
