A huge thank you to Andrew Hunt, Catherine Williams, Rachel Hunt, and the team at Holiday Architects – just outstanding . No wonder they have won so many awards and were finalists at the C2S Awards 2023!
I’ve always wanted to go to South Africa and on safari but always worried about safety, malaria and one of my daughters is gluten free so often holiday choices are around where we can be sure we can get good gluten free food for her, if your gluten free you’ll know that’s not always easy. Last Christmas it was hard to get meals for her in Edinburgh .
So, I explored the idea with Holiday Architects and Andy inspired me to give it a go! Thank you, thank you, thank you!
We just got back from one of the best experiences of my life and Catherine Williams made it all happen . She listened to my concerns and designed and organised a holiday of a lifetime. She planned every part exceptionally with the perfect hotel recommendation in Cape Town, we stayed at The One and Only, which I have to say is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at, and there has been quite a few! The service was exceptional with the best rooms, gifts from the hotel, the biggest breakfast choice I’ve ever seen, including a whole gluten free section. And the staff were fantastic, so genuine, welcoming, helpful, kind and caring- just fantastic!
All the trips Catherine recommended were perfect, restaurants she guided us with, recommendations for attractions and trips, and the shark cage dive . She organised our flights, connections, transfers, gave top tips and arranged everything for the safari at Marks Camp, Lalibela Game Reserve. We have just had the very best time and couldn’t have done it without Holiday Architects – THANK YOU!
I just can’t recommend them highly enough. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts . If you have never done this trip and would like to, I highly recommend you speak to Holiday Architects and put it on your bucket list! The sad thing is that some of these animals won’t be around much longer as they are on the endangered list. At Lalibela they really care about the animals, respect them and have the best rangers that can track them in their natural habitat – it’s just breath taking!
