A busy start to September has seen us welcome 38 new apprentices to the firm! They will work across a number of our specialist teams including Audit, Tax, Corporate Finance, Farms and Estates, Healthcare, Legal, Veterinary, Pharmacy and SME’s and Start-ups.
Our ACA graduate cohort joined us last week, kicking off with a week-long induction at Kingsholm, home of Gloucester Rugby. As well as IT and HR inductions, they took part in icebreaker activities, a self-awareness session and a Q&A session with managers and current apprentices from across the firm. The latter part of the week was spent with our study provider First Intuition for an introduction to the apprenticeship and a two-day bookkeeping course.
This week has seen our AAT school leaver apprentices begin their career with us. They will also start with an induction week, before beginning work at our offices next week.
