At Omega, we want to provide an outstanding level of service to our candidates and clients. Our business is built upon this ethos, and it’s one of the main reasons for our success.
But how do you measure outstanding service?
One way is to invest huge amounts of time and effort into being independently assessed.
We’ve had our ISO certification consistently in place since 2003. And we’d like to share exactly what that means to you, and why you should be wary of working with a recruiter without this.
SO 9001:2015 is a worldwide recognised certification for the universal standard of quality management systems.
Yes, but what does that mean to you!
- It means that our business processes are efficient, consistent and delivered to a high standard.
• Everything we do is documented and there are processes in place to ensure excellent service.
• As well as this, your data is safe, our employees are health and safety trained and we comply with environmental legislation.
• Since 2003, we’ve chosen to complete rigorous external surveillance audits.
• We also have a dedicated quality department which is headed up by a Quality and Compliance Manager. Their role is to focus on continual improvement, internally and externally.
• To put it simply, you’re guaranteed a ‘right first time’ response.
Having an ISO certification means that we are dedicated to delivering a first class service. We put our money where our mouth is. When we say that you can trust us…we mean it, and we can prove it!
Did you know? In London, 1946, 65 delegates from 25 countries met to discuss the future of International Standardisation. In1947, ISO officially came into existence.
How to check with your recruiter
There are lots of recruitment agencies to choose from and we realise it’s hard to select the right recruiter for you. Service levels, price points and integrity vary massively. And you know that choosing the wrong recruiter can be costly.
Warning: Some recruitment agencies may tell you they are ISO compliant. This is not the same as being certified.
You can ask a potential recruiter for a copy of their certification and any good agency will be happy, and incredibly proud, to do so. Look out for the scope of deliverables, time frames and specific requirements.
“There are many UK professional bodies which ensure recruitment agencies work to a high standard. But ISO is the highest certification and is recognised worldwide. It means that our clients and candidates can have complete confidence in us.”
